Course Overview
The purpose of this course is to train real estate agents in the requirements of implementing a risk management framework in accordance with ISO31000:2018.
By implementing this framework, real estate agencies will have a complete risk assessment package to be able to effectively manage hazards within the day-to-day activities of the business, minimising the potential risk to people, environment and infrastructure while embedding risk management principles into strategic business planning.
This course provides a practical experience in the steps that are needed to comply with the ISO31000:2018 standard for risk management while ensuring that these principles are used during the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Supervision Guidelines.

There are no entry requirements for all qualification courses. REINSW provide training and assessment in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2025. REINSW issue Certificates in accordance with the AQF (Australian Qualifications framework).
