Course Overview

Have you ever been asked what is the BASIX score of the property, or which energy saving measures the property has? Learners within this course will be shown ways to communicate effectively with consumers on the sustainability features of properties by ensuring that real estate agents understand which sustainability features may be included within a property and how these can benefit consumers. This course will discuss the BASIX system and how real estate agents can use this to sell the benefits of sustainability.
