<p>Are you a Class One or Two Real Estate Agent and would like to have your go at becoming a Commercial Agent? The Commercial Elective cluster focuses on the knowledge and skills to sell commercial property. Learners will obtain a Statement of Attainment.</p> <h3>Study Options</h3> <p>Study your way: once enrolled, learners can choose the best way to study via the Learning Management System:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Distance learning</strong> – work through the training resources, learning modules workbook and assessment section at your own pace, in your own time, with little to no assistance from the RTO unless required.</li> <li><strong>Online learning</strong> – use REINSW online platforms to complete the modules workbook and assessment section via interactive online systems; self-paced, in your own time, with little to no assistance from the RTO unless required.</li> <li><strong>Zoom / Face-to-face</strong> – attend a class with a Trainer & Assessor by Zoom or in person at REINSW House training rooms, on a set annual training calendar. View the Schedule to see upcoming courses.</li> <li><strong>Blended</strong> – mix and change training delivery methods as you progress through the course; contact your Learner Support Officer for more information.</li> </ul> <h3>Course Fees</h3> <p>The Short Course – Commercial Agent with REINSW is GST (Goods and Services Tax) free and is bound by the REINSW Training refund and credit policy. Learners can self-manage bookings with their dedicated trainer and assessor through the calendar booking system. Once enrolled, learners are guided on how to book time with their dedicated Trainer and Assessor.</p> <h3>Career Progression</h3> <p>For learners who currently hold their Class One or Two Licence and are currently registered with Fair Trading NSW. Upon completion, learners can be employed as a Commercial Real Estate Professional: complete the short course in Commercial Real Estate, obtain a Statement of Attainment listing the required units of competency, and confidently work as a commercial real estate professional.</p> <h3>RPL and Credit Transfer</h3> <p>CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is eligible for Recognised Prior Learning (RPL). RPL is a formal process which awards credit for knowledge and skills, or competencies acquired through previous study, training, employment, or life experience, and strives to provide accurate and fair recognition. RPL can be awarded against unit/units which comprise part or full qualification under the scope of REINSW's registration.</p> <p>CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice - General is also eligible for Credit Transfer. Learners who have completed units of competency through another RTO can apply for Credit Transfer during the enrolment process with REINSW, using the credit transfer form on the Policy and Forms page.
