<p>Are you a Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Agent looking to upgrade your skills and become a qualified Stock and Station Agent? The REINSW Stock and Station Agent Course gives you the specialised knowledge you need to work confidently in rural property and livestock sales.</p>
<p>The Stock and Station Agent Course covers the NSW Fair Trading Stock and Station elective cluster required to gain a dual Real Estate and Stock and Station Licence. You’ll learn how to appraise, market and sell rural properties and livestock in line with legislation and industry best practice.</p>
<p>When you complete the course, you’ll receive a Statement of Attainment that you can use to apply to NSW Fair Trading for your Stock and Station Agent Licence.</p>
<p>The Stock and Station sector plays a vital role in rural and agricultural communities. This course helps you build the skills needed to work confidently in livestock appraisal, rural property marketing, agricultural land sales and client relationships across farming regions in NSW.</p>

<p>To complete the Stock and Station Agent Course and gain the required Statement of Attainment, learners must successfully complete the units of competency listed below in line with the training package rules. 5 units of competency in total (all elective units):</p>

<p>The units included in this Stock and Station Agent Course cover essential agricultural and livestock competencies required for operating as a Stock and Station Agent in NSW. This includes livestock preparation, market analysis, rural property legislation and the complete livestock sales process.</p>

<h3>Assessment help:</h3>
<p>Our trainers and assessors are available to provide assessment help to make sure our learners are supported through their studies in the Stock and Station Agent Course. Our learners can self-manage their bookings with their dedicated trainer and assessor through our calendar booking system.</p>
<h3>Career progression:</h3>
<p>Currently hold your Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence and be registered with NSW Fair Trading. Upon completion of this course, learners can be employed within the following occupations: Stock and Station Agent, Real Estate Agent.</p>

<li>Complete the short course in Stock and Station and obtain a Statement of Attainment listing the required units of competency.</li>
<li>Complete the logbook requirements under supervision.</li>
<li>Apply to NSW Fair Trading for your Stock and Station Licence.</li>
<li>Become registered as a Stock and Station Agent.</li>
</ol>
<h3>RPL and credit transfer:</h3>
<p>CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is eligible for Recognised Prior Learning. RPL is a formal process which awards credit for knowledge and skills, or competencies acquired through previous study, training, employment, or life experience.</p>
<p>CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice - General is eligible for Credit Transfer. Learners that have completed units of competency through another RTO can apply for Credit transfer during the enrolment process with REINSW.</p>
