	Zoom / Face-to-face is a method of learning where a Learner will attend a class with a Trainer & Assessor either by Zoom or in person at REINSW House training rooms.
	Blended means REINSW provides you as the Learner the opportunity to mix up your training delivery method as you progress through the course.

If a staff member leaves before finishing, the remaining training credit stays with the agency and can be transferred with a simple top-up.
