A course developed to meet NSW Fair Trading requirements for you to become an assistant agent in Strata Management. This course is the stepping stone to your future real estate career in strata management. A dedicated learner support officer and trainer assessor are included in this course fee.

To begin a career in real estate, you will need a Certificate of Registration. Successfully completing the REINSW Assistant Agent in Strata Management Course allows you to apply for registration with NSW Fair Trading and equips you with the skills and knowledge to be work-ready. This course also forms part of the CPP40521 Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, giving you a head start towards completing the full qualification.

On completion of this course, learners can apply for Certificate of Registration (COR) in Strata Management with NSW Fair Trading.

The course with REINSW is GST (Goods and Services Tax) free and is bound by the REINSW Training refund and credit policy found on our policy page. Access to the course will only be provided once payment has been processed.

Course Price: Members and Non-members $390. Pay upfront with a valid Australian credit or debit card or via PayPal. Pay in 4 instalments is also available via PayPal. A dedicated learner support officer & trainer assessor are included in this course fee.

Course Structure

The Strata Assistant Agent course comprises five (5) units of competency from the CPP40521 Certificate IV in Strata Community Management. To successfully gain a statement of attainment listing the units of competency required for this Strata Assistant Agent Course, learners must successfully complete the below requirements as per the training package rules.

  • BSBWHS307 Apply knowledge of WHS laws in the workplace
  • CPPSCM3017 Work effectively in strata community management
  • CPPSCM4009 Access and interpret legislation in strata community management
  • CPPSCM3020 Source and extract information from strata plans
  • CPPSCM4028 Identify and analyse risks in strata community management

Assessment Help

Our trainers and Assessors are available to provide assessment help to ensure that our learners are supported through their studies. Learners can self-manage their bookings with their dedicated trainer and assessor through the calendar booking system. Once enrolled, learners are guided through on how to book time with their dedicated Trainer and Assessor.

Career Progression

Study and complete Assistant Agent units of competency to apply for a certificate of registration, by enrolling into CPP40521 Certificate IV in Strata Community Management. Receive Certificate of Registration from NSW Fair Trading and complete 12 months of work experience.
